What is a virtual race?

A virtual race can be completed anywhere at any time. It’s about being healthy, having fun, and accomplishing your personal goals. You can run at your own pace, outside or on a treadmill, alone or with a group of friends. It’s your race on your terms.  

 

Where do I complete my race?

You can run, walk or roll your virtual race indoors or outdoors, at your own pace. Please just do us a favor and avoid unsafe roads, or areas that have been closed to the public. Remember to practice social distancing and any other requirements set forth by local, state, and federal guidelines.

 

I'm interested in participating, how does it work?

Step 1: Pick a themed race
Choose your swag carefully, there are no exchanges and everything is unisex sizing. Email us if there are any questions.
 

Step 2: Receive Your Swag

After you sign up for a race, you will receive the event merchandise mailed to the shipping address on file. 
 

Step 3: Download Your Virtual Bib

Navigate to your RunSignup Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Manage Registration. Look for the Digital Bib option which can be either located on the top of the page or on the left of the page. For more information please visit RunSignup’s help page.

Step 4: Reward Yourself 

You've completed your race. Treat yo' self. Light up Instagram with selfies, scenics, and your finishing times. Make sure to tag @ChloBugRaces using hashtag #ChloBugRaces 

 

How do I submit my results?

Though we would LOVE to see your results, you are not required to report your times to us. If you’d like to track your miles through RunSignup, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to RunSignup

Navigate to the race's RunSignup race page > and select the Result tab > then select Submit Virtual Results

Step 2: Find Your Race

Search for your registration either by first and last name or by email address and date of birth.
 

Step 3: Submit
 Once you have found your registration select Submit Virtual Results > Enter in your time > then select Submit Results For more information, please visit Run Signup’s help page.

If decided to to participate, can I receive a refund?

As is normal with running events, refunds will not be given for this event.
